We are looking for a talented and experienced Vice Chief Operating Officer to lead the operations efforts within Stark Future. In the position you will be responsible to scale the production, improve and automate our internal processes relating to production, quality, supply chain, purchasing as well as setting up new factories around the globe.

About the position

Stark shall become the global market leader in premium electric motorcycles. We need your help to make sure we can scale up production volumes fast and deliver bikes with higher quality than all competitors, on time and at a low cost. • Scale production in Barcelona factory to 150.000 VARG units per year
• Set up factories in other areas of the world

• Build production, quality and supply chain organizations

In the position as Vice COO, you will have the power to challenge existing processes within the company, to improve and do things better. You’ll try new initiatives within the organization and invest agreed budgets according to your best. Therefore, we believe that you are a self-driven executive with high moral and true beliefs. A motivated leader with great people skills who has a natural ability for strategic visions.

To be successful in the position we believe that you have a deep understanding of producing high volume state of the art electrical vehicles! Especially the electronics side of it, a proven track record in building strong teams, and excellent leadership and communication skills. You thrive in an innovative and dynamic environment where you can inspire the organization on its further journey ahead.

Experience

• Experience in Manufacturing and Production Management: A strong background in manufacturing and production management, particularly in the automotive or motorcycle industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully scaling up production volumes, improving production quality, and reducing production costs.
• Global Production Experience: Given the company's goal to become a global market leader, the candidate should have experience in managing production on a global scale. This includes setting up production facilities in different locations and managing production processes internationally.
• Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of production processes, assembly lines, and machinery, as well as the ability to plan production layouts and install equipment efficiently.
• Supply Chain Management: Strong knowledge of supply chain management and the ability to build and manage supply chain organizations is essential for ensuring the availability of materials and components for production.
• Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing quality control processes and procedures, including in-line quality control, is crucial to meet the company's quality goals.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively. You should also be capable of leading by example and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Project Management: Effective project management skills are necessary for overseeing the setup of new factories and production facilities.
• ROI Focus: Financially savvy and able to consider return on investment (ROI) in all projects and decisions.
