Bright Networks is a fast-growing company specialized in fiber networks. They provide turnkey solutions all the way from permits to excavations and final documentation.
They have experienced fast growth and rapid success within just three years in the industry. Ever since the founding of the company, they have been a premium brand within the world of fiber technology. Now we are looking for a person to lead them to success in the German market!

About the position and main responsibilities
As the Country Manager of Bright Networks, you will have a great opportunity of being in the forefront of establishing and building the company from scratch and being a part of fiber exploitation in Germany. Inherent in this position is recruiting a team of colleagues, managing stakeholder relationships and developing and executing project strategies as well as managing budgets in the pursuit of achieving success in the local market.
Amongst other things you will:
•Actively develop and manage client relationships
•In collaboration with your Swedish colleagues, plan and execute the financial budget
•Manage the company brand in Germany
•Execute communication activities according to strategy
•Bring your ideas and expertise in adapting the Swedish way of working into the German business

Education, experience, and personal traits
• Hands-on experience with fiber technology or Telecom similar is considered as an advantage
• Proficiency in financial planning and budget management
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
To succeed in the role, you are business-minded and have good skills in financial management. You have excellent communication and networking skills and feel comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders. You have good presentation skills and are confident presenting Bright Networks to potential clients. You thrive in a start-up minded environment where you are provided with both responsibility and trust. In addition, you are good at planning and driving your work forward with the ability to make your own decisions. You feel comfortable leading your own projects and tasks and are good at maintaining structure. When facing problems, you approach them with a logical approach and learn quickly. To thrive in this role, you also need to be professional and show a high level of engagement and enthusiasm in your day-to-day work.
