About the position and main responsibilities
As the Country Manager of Bright Networks, you will have a great opportunity of being in the forefront of establishing and building the company from scratch and being a part of fiber exploitation in Germany. Inherent in this position is recruiting a team of colleagues, managing stakeholder relationships and developing and executing project strategies as well as managing budgets in the pursuit of achieving success in the local market.
Amongst other things you will:
•Actively develop and manage client relationships
•In collaboration with your Swedish colleagues, plan and execute the financial budget
•Manage the company brand in Germany
•Execute communication activities according to strategy
•Bring your ideas and expertise in adapting the Swedish way of working into the German business

Education, experience, and personal traits
• Hands-on experience with fiber technology or Telecom similar is considered as an advantage
• Proficiency in financial planning and budget management
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

You have excellent communication and networking skills and feel comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders. You have good presentation skills and are confident presenting Bright Networks to potential clients.
