Stark Electronics shall, from the ground up, build production operations capable of producing electronics of a volume of more than 100 m EUR per year. We are looking for a person who can drive that project from the start.

About the position

Stark shall become the global market leader in premium motorcycles. We need your help to make Stark a leader and role model in production of electronics, including supply chain, quality, logistics, purchasing and production. The company want to automate every function and process they can internally, in order to keep high efficiency, accuracy and low cost. Stark want to be masters of analyzing data and building strong team spirit, so that they can build better products.

The position is based in Zagreb, Crotia, and reports to CEO and Group COO.

You will be responsible for building and manage the new Production, Supply Chain and Quality departments within Stark Electronics. Your assignment is to plan and lead the production from the ground up and document all processes, files and learnings. In the position as COO you support the whole organization as well as you have the responsibility of budget and reporting.

Your profile

In the position as COO you will have the power of challenge everything within the company, in order to improve. You’ll try new initiatives within the organization and invest agreed budgets according to your best. Therefore, we believe that you are a self-driven executive with high moral and true beliefs. A motivated leader with great people skills who has a natural ability for strategic visions. 

To be successful in the position we believe that you have the experience of building up operations, from scratch. This includes all part of building operations, such as Production line, Supply Chain and Quality, preferably within electronics. We see that you have a background within engineering with skills in building organizations and processes. As a person you are not afraid in trying, evaluating and you have the stamina to execute.
